Yet again, we are back in Ulhasnagar. This time we have covered the best sindhi street food place in Ulhasnagar called Doli Nasta house. This place is known for the Dal pakvan – A Sindhi dish that is lot spoken about. While whole of the city has the stalls that serve dal pakvan early morning, this one has a specific different taste that immediately develops your fondness for it. Dal Pakvan is a dish that has Chana dal served with Pakvan – a crisp fried maida roti along with green chutney and the sour tamarind chutney.

又一次我們回到了烏拉斯訥格爾。這次我們拍攝了最棒的（印度）信德人的街頭小吃店，這家店位于烏拉斯訥格爾的店名叫“多利.納斯塔”。這家店最有名的小吃是Dal pakvan面包。這是一道信德人家的家常菜肴。每逢清晨到來，整座城市到處都有攤位在售賣Dal pakvan面包，顧客可以根據(jù)自己的喜好選擇自己喜歡的口味。Dal pakvan面包中加入了開邊扁豆醬，這種面包吃起來口感酥脆，是用印度精制面粉油炸而成，其中加入了綠色酸辣醬和酸豆醬。
