The School Gate

The school gate is here all the time,
Go into it when learning,

The school gate is here all the time,
What has changed are years,
What has not changed are childish and young faces!
The school gate is here all the time,
Ten years, twenty years, thirty years------
The children’s children’s children are
Still full of flying youth, exhaustless vigor and bright smile!
The school gate is here all the time,
Standing like an old man on duty!
Please look, our beloved white-haired teachers!
On your heads are blowing and swirling the cold snap and wind,
A sudden and heavy snow in a wink
Covers the whole campus, the cities and countryside!
On the playground takes place a snowball fight,
Which family’s door of frozen heart has been
shaken and opened
By the playing laughter of joy sounding like the spring thunder?
Perhaps some day all of us will be gone,
But the school gate has been here,
Guarding and watching the spiritual home and
the torch of civilization!

校門一直在這兒
上學(xué)進(jìn)去，畢業(yè)出來。
校門一直在這兒，
變的是歲月，
不變的是一張張稚氣年少的臉!
校門一直在這兒，
十年，二十年，三十年------
孩子的孩子的孩子，
依然朝氣蓬勃，青春飛揚(yáng)，笑容燦爛！
校門一直在這兒，
站成了數(shù)十年如一日的值班老人！
滿頭白發(fā)的老師啊，看！
您的頭頂掀起了寒潮冷風(fēng)
突如其來的大雪——
一眨眼就覆蓋了整個(gè)校園、鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)和山村！
操場上，打雪仗，
歡笑聲像春雷震開了
誰家、何人冰封已久的心門？
也許有一天我們終將離去，
校門卻一直在這兒，
永遠(yuǎn)守護(hù)著精神的家園、文明的火炬！
