Probably the worst level in the game unless B3, C14, or C15 have something to say about it. And I'm not the only one to have a dreadful experience with this level. Where to start? Star 2 is just awful and there's a red down the hole which is just the worst thing ever and is the main reason reds are so much harder than 100s and will get their own video if I ever even get them. Doing the lava bounces to reach the hole for star 2 is already horrible but then getting the red and getting out is also very inconsistent with atrocious camera, as is reaching the star once you're inside the hole.

Secrets were also horrible, I choked the vanish cap part after spawning the star TEN TIMES and the star took me 3 hours because it's long with an ending that's way harder than anything else. The rest of the star isn't too bad but it's hard enough that you don't get every attempt to the end of the star making the chokes painful.

The shell star is really dumb, it has moving quicksand, precise shell platforming, and fire. It's so bad that standing in the corner for 10+ minutes trying to get 10-15 frame perfect A presses in a row to gain enough height to reach the star is preferred over the intended way. But I got it in only one attempt, so at least I didn't have a bad experience with it. Still incredibly dumb, moving quicksand is stupid.

The 100 coin star isn't too bad compared to reds. Nothing is that hard but everything is chokable. Even though I got 17/20 reds in 100s, I skipped the 2 hardest reds which increase the difficulty of reds immensely and are very stupid because they involve getting out of a hole with horrible camera and amps. The amp spam in this game is disgusting. This level is revolting and believe me these descriptions I give of these levels I dislike are very nice compared to the things I say as I actually play them in the privacy of my home. But yeah, if I get this red coin star, it will be the worst star I've ever gotten. It's the 2nd worst star I've attempted seriously. The worst was DE C11 reds but I quit that grind for the foreseeable future some time ago.
