IOP > 30 mm Hg requires emergent ophthalmology consultation and IOP > 40mm Hg should prompt immediate therapy to decompress the orbit. This typically is done by performing the lateral canthotomy。
IOP> 30 mm Hg要請眼眶緊急會診，IOP> 40 mm Hg要立即進行眼眶減壓處理。通常進行外眥切開術(shù)。
