? ? ? ? ?鈣黃綠素紅,AM是美國AAT Bioquest生產(chǎn)的用于檢測活細胞的熒光探針,Calcein AM是用于標記和檢測活細胞細胞功能的流行的熒光探針之一。然而,Calcein AM的單色使得在多色應(yīng)用中不可能使用這種有價值的試劑。例如,由于與GFP相同的顏色,不可能將Calcein AM與GFP-轉(zhuǎn)化細胞組合使用。為了解決Calcein AM的這種顏色限制,我們開發(fā)了Calcein Orange ,Calcein Red 和Calcein Deep Red 。這些新的Calcein AM類似物與Calcein AM結(jié)合使用,可以對活細胞進行多色標記和功能分析。非熒光Calcein Red AM可以輕松進入活細胞并水解產(chǎn)生強熒光Calcein Red 染料??梢允褂贸R姷腡RITC / Cy3濾波片組檢測Calcein Red 染料。百螢生物是AAT Bioquest的中國代理商,為您提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的鈣黃綠素紅,AM。
