IR780 NHS 酯溶性染料修飾NHS基團(tuán)，IR-780在動物活體近紅外成像可高效富集在tumour組織，與周圍正常對照組織熒光信號比較，信噪比可達(dá)20倍以上，顯示出良好的tumour成像特性。熒光染料IR-780近紅外熒光成像的優(yōu)越性，機(jī)體熒光特性好。

IR780 NHS ester soluble dye modifies NHS group. IR-780 can be highly concentrated in tumour tissue in animal living near infrared imaging. Compared with the fluorescence signal of surrounding normal control tissue, the signal-to-noise ratio can reach more than 20 times, showing good tumour imaging characteristics. Fluorescent dye IR-780 has the advantages of near-infrared fluorescence imaging and good fluorescence characteristics of the body.
