Incoloy 907高溫合金N09907（13524351833）

Incoloy 907是Fe-Ni-Co基沉淀硬化型低膨脹變形高溫合金，以添加鈮、鈦、硅和微量硼毒素進行綜合強化。合金在650℃以下具有很高的強度，低的膨脹系數(shù)，良好的抗冷熱疲勞性能以及幾乎不變的彈性模量。居里點在400℃-450℃。居里點以下合金的膨脹系數(shù)基本不變。適于制作650℃以下使用的各類航空、航天發(fā)動機環(huán)形件和機匣，主要產品有棒材、鍛件、板材和帶材。?

合金已用于制作航空發(fā)動機高壓壓氣機后機匣、承力環(huán)、隔熱環(huán)、燃燒室封嚴環(huán)、蜂窩座和渦輪外環(huán)等零件，使用情況良好。

由于合金不含鉻、鋁元素。高溫抗氧化能力較差。在700℃以上長時間使用時，應當采取適當?shù)姆雷o涂層。合金表面可經過噴丸處理，噴丸后可掉高旋轉彎曲疲勞15%左右。?
