well ,making …is very important ,but whether I make it or not depends on (the time) when I go shopping .

yes ,the answer is Yes, I would do that because the list would help me keep a record of the things I need .

However,

on weekday ,if I just go to the neighborhood store or local market ,I wont do that because it is easy for me to remember the things I need to buy .

I mean ,when they do things ,they take it for granted that they can do it randomly .

It is not wrong ,but compared to proper organizing ,randomly doing things is less efficient .
