1 樣品信息Sample description

收到蛹蟲草樣品xx個，a和b

A total of xx Cordyceps militaris samples, where received by the customer.

2 材料與方法Materials and Methods

2.1 試劑Chemicals

所有的溶劑與試劑均為色譜級，脯氨酸，纈氨酸，蛋氨酸，異亮氨酸，亮氨酸，苯丙氨酸標準品購于Sigma-Aldrch

All chemicals and solvent were HPLC. Standard: proline, valine, methionine, isoleucine, leucine, phenylalanine and were purchased from Sigma-Aldrch.

2.2 樣品處理Sample Preparation

1) 將樣品搖勻，稱取2.5g左右的樣品；

2) 2.5g樣品加入100 mL xxx，搖勻，于微波爐中處理3 min；

3) 過濾，濾液用0.22 μm濾膜過濾，進樣5 μL。

2.3 HPLC分析HPLC Analysis

本實驗所用的儀器為LC-20A型高效液相色譜儀，配備蒸發(fā)光散射檢測器。

色譜柱為xxx C18 (150 mm*4.6mm, 5 μm)，流動相A為xxx，B為水，流速為0.8 mL/min，柱溫為40℃。
