Answer 答案：
At least 8 minutes after ROSC, since the changes on an early ECG could reflect ischemia due to no/low blood flow more than to ischemia due to coronary artery pathology.
至少在ROSC后8分鐘，因?yàn)樵诖酥暗男碾妶D改變更有可能反應(yīng)由無或低血流而不是冠狀動(dòng)脈病變引起。
