Panic Attacks

- Palpitations, pounding heart, accelerated heart rate

- Sweating

- Trembling or shaking

- Shortness of breath

- Choking sensation

- Chest pain or discomfort

- Nausea or abdominal distress

- Feeling dizzy, unsteady, lightheaded, or faint
