BODIPY 581/591 C11（脂質(zhì)過氧化傳感器）是脂質(zhì)氧化 (lipid oxidation) 的熒光比值探針，可用于檢測細(xì)胞內(nèi)和細(xì)胞膜中的活性氧 (ROS)。染料的多不飽和丁間二烯基氧化后會(huì)導(dǎo)致熒光發(fā)射峰從 ～590 nm 偏移至 ～510 nm。BODIPY581/591 是一種用于鐵死亡研究的常用產(chǎn)品。
