蛋白A（Recombinant Protein A）葡萄球菌細(xì)胞壁的組成成分，42kD，能特異性的結(jié)合免疫分子的Fc區(qū)，特別是IgG。有4個(gè)親和結(jié)合位點(diǎn)，耐熱和耐變性劑（4M尿素，6M鹽酸胍）。具有不在抗原結(jié)合點(diǎn)而與免疫球蛋白結(jié)合的性質(zhì)，能形成含有A蛋白、抗體、抗原的復(fù)合物，以濕菌液為原料制取。

重組蛋白A可偶聯(lián)到固體分離介質(zhì)（如agarose）上，用于單克隆抗體或多克隆抗體的純化。重組蛋白A可與多種報(bào)告分子（熒光染料、酶標(biāo)記、生物素、膠體金、放射性標(biāo)記等）偶聯(lián)并不影響其與抗體結(jié)合的活性。這些偶聯(lián)后的蛋白A衍生物可用于Western-blot、ELISA、免疫組化等的抗體檢測(cè)。
