scikit-learn=0.21.3 pip安裝報(bào)錯(cuò)解決
Failed to build scikit-learn
ERROR: Could not build wheels for scikit-learn, which is required to install pyproject.toml-based projects
為什么要裝這么老的 scikit-learn ?因?yàn)槲蚁胫貜?fù)論文里的工作，里面就是用的這個(gè)版本。
哈哈哈哈，上面報(bào)錯(cuò)的原因是因?yàn)槭褂玫?python 版本太高了，無(wú)法安裝。需要使用 python3.6 版本的才可以安裝低版本的 scikit-learn 。
