PCL-MAL,Poly(e-caprolactone)-Maleimide是一種表面帶有馬來酰亞胺基團的可生物降解聚合物，PCL-MAL可以與表面含有巰基基團的肽、蛋白質等結合。PCL-MAL聚己內酯馬來酰亞胺外觀呈白色或類白色的固體或者半固體，這得要取決于分子量的大小，在取用時，從冰箱取出之后，放置于干燥處讓其緩慢升至室溫，現(xiàn)配現(xiàn)用，取用完之后充入惰性氣體，及時放入低溫環(huán)境，長期保存需放入-20℃干燥避光存放。大部分的有機溶劑可作為常用的溶劑。
