故障描述
Fault description

• ACQUITY系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)Rotary Tray home h/w fault (旋轉(zhuǎn)盤復(fù)位硬件出錯(cuò))錯(cuò)誤。 The ACQUITY system experienced a Rotary Tray home H/W fault

• 在系統(tǒng)開啟的情況下，按1’2’開關(guān)可以旋轉(zhuǎn)樣品盤，可以用手稍微晃動(dòng)旋轉(zhuǎn)盤。 When the system is turned on, press 1' 2' switch to rotate the sample disc, and you can shake the disc slightly with your hand

原因
Reason
如果在系統(tǒng)開啟的情況下輕微手移動(dòng)旋轉(zhuǎn)盤，表明旋轉(zhuǎn)盤驅(qū)動(dòng)軸緊固螺絲松動(dòng). If the rotating disk is slightly moved by hand while the system is on, it indicates that the screw on the rotating disk drive shaft is loose

解決方法
Solutions

1. 擰緊旋轉(zhuǎn)盤驅(qū)動(dòng)軸緊固螺絲，重新校正轉(zhuǎn)盤。 Tighten the screw on the rotary drive shaft and recalibrate the rotary table

當(dāng) I-Class 針退出時(shí)，樣品瓶從樣品盤中提起

When the I-Class pin exits, the sample bottle is lifted from the sample tray
