分享一下最近幾篇的文章的投稿記錄與流程。主要是非一作文章。

第一篇:Physical Review B

標(biāo)題:Funnel-shaped electronic structure and enhanced thermoelectric performance in ultralight Cx(BN)1-x biphenylene networks

這一篇是和在科大讀博的本科室友一起開發(fā)了個(gè)基于圖神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的晶體結(jié)構(gòu)搜索軟件SCCOP。這一篇是雛形,整了一個(gè)簡單的算例,做了下有序無序結(jié)構(gòu)搜索。當(dāng)時(shí)不太懂,重點(diǎn)在于量大(算了好幾個(gè)體系)、唬人(蹭強(qiáng)化學(xué)習(xí)熱點(diǎn))。實(shí)際內(nèi)容現(xiàn)在看起來比較簡單,但對于剛?cè)腴T的人來說,還是可以借鑒一下的。

第四篇:npj Computational Materials

標(biāo)題:Graph deep learning accelerated efficient crystal structure search and feature extraction

這一篇是SCCOP完善以后的第一篇文章,運(yùn)用對稱性的方法生成結(jié)構(gòu),以圖神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)為基礎(chǔ)的預(yù)測模型預(yù)測能量,用退火來適當(dāng)?shù)膬?yōu)化結(jié)構(gòu),從而在生成的幾萬個(gè)可能構(gòu)型中找到低能結(jié)構(gòu)。這篇文章以二維BCN為例,搜了全組分的結(jié)構(gòu),并用類似expansion cluster的方法提取能量、帶隙貢獻(xiàn)。并和USPEX, CALYPSO等軟件作了比較。這篇文章水平還是有的,算是給結(jié)構(gòu)搜索領(lǐng)域提供了一個(gè)新的思路。

總共耗時(shí)9個(gè)月,主要是審稿人太難找了,第一輪審稿找了6個(gè)月審稿人。不過也是面惡心善,第一輪嘴上懟的很狠,實(shí)際上回復(fù)以后都點(diǎn)了accept,并且再回復(fù)就比較和藹了。

第五篇:The Journal of Physical Chemistry Letters

標(biāo)題:Enhanced anharmonicity by forming symmetry-breaking phase in two-dimensional group-IB chalcogenides.
