Dde生物素-PEG4-疊氮化物可用于使用Cu（I）催化的點(diǎn)擊化學(xué)將生物素部分引入含炔烴的生物分子。親水性間隔臂為標(biāo)記分子在水介質(zhì)中提供更好的溶解性。Dde保護(hù)組允許在溫和條件下使用聯(lián)氨從鏈霉親和素中高效釋放捕獲的生物素化分子。

Dde biotin PEG4 azide can be used to introduce biotin into biomolecules containing alkynes partially using Cu (I) catalyzed click chemistry. Hydrophilic spacer arms provide better solubility of labeled molecules in aqueous medium. The Dde protection group allows the efficient release of captured biotinylated molecules from streptavidin under mild conditions using hydrazine.
