DSPE-PEG-COOH是可與伯胺基反應(yīng)的反應(yīng)性磷脂PEG共軛物之一。

DSPE (1, 2-2 stearic acyl - sn - glycerol - 3 - ethanolamine phosphate) is a highly hydrophobic 18 carbon phospholipids, on the other hand, provide good hydrophilic PEG joint and water soluble. Using EDC chemical method, and the other a PEG end carboxyl (-cooh) group and amino reaction, therefore, PEG DSPE can be easily added by the reaction of carboxylic acid and amine liposomes and nanoparticles in the other.

PEG末端的羧基經(jīng)水溶性碳酰二亞胺活化后，可以與配體（抗體）上的氨基相連。DSPE聚乙二醇 “脂質(zhì)體”是將抗體，蛋白質(zhì)，肽或其他底物綴合到脂質(zhì)體和其他脂質(zhì)PEG納米顆粒表面的常用反應(yīng)性磷脂，聚乙二醇化的磷脂具有更長(zhǎng)的血液循環(huán)時(shí)間和更高的封裝分子穩(wěn)定性。脂質(zhì)體具有低毒、易制備、既能作為水溶性藥物的載體又能作為脂溶性藥物的載體、適用于多種給藥途徑、提高藥物的穩(wěn)定性、實(shí)現(xiàn)靶向性給藥等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
