外貿案例分享:看銷冠給客戶打電話!
有的外貿小伙伴口語特別好,在給老外打電話的時候明顯非常有優(yōu)勢。其實做銷售的,每一次給客戶打電話都是有一定計劃的。我們在給客戶打電話之前都會稍微做一下功課。
要么就是給潛在客戶打電話問及項目的進展,推進訂單;要么就是給老客戶回訪,看看是否有新的采購需求;要么就是趁促銷機會給客戶打電話看要不要提前安排采購....
想起之前的一個同事,她口語真的很好,而且每次跟客戶打電話就感覺跟好朋友聊天一樣,非常的自如。

比如在采購節(jié)的時候,她會給潛在客戶打電話:
hello XXX, this is xxx from xxx, I forgot to send you the new design items yesterday. and I need to confirm some details with you about it. what's more, we are going to give you some discount in this project. because we attend the September purchasing festival in Alibaba( or our company make promotion in September).
So are you interested? great!
給老客戶打電話的時候,會這樣說:
Hello xxx, this is xxx. hi how are you? we had worked last month, and you asked me to make different kinds of xxx , did you remember? yeah it's me it's me. so funny at that time. Oh now we attend the September purchasing festival in alibaba.(now our company make promotion this month) and I remember your company focused on kids new style indoor park right? now we have many new theme for this part. we will give a big discount for our customers who have cooperated with us before.優(yōu)惠僅限于跟我們合作過的老客戶。
so would you like to have a try?
往往她這樣給客戶打完電話,很多客戶都表示愿意把自己新一年采購的計劃給她列出來。
Ok, that sounds great, thank you.
對于剛出完貨一段時間,她也會電話回訪老客戶,聽她的通話,有時候會是這樣的聊天:
Hi xxx, this is xxx, how are you? long time no news, yeah, yeah, it's long time. well I know you are so busy now. so I guess your business was very good now. yeah yeah by the way. did the patch of the products you ordered with me last time sell well?/how's the business about last project? everything goes well? (問一下客戶上個訂單的銷售情況,體現(xiàn)關心)please let us know if any help needed for it.
oh really? hot selling! it's popular, well, that sounds great. sounds great yeah. and please take your time to relax, don't be too tired, ok and don't be overwork, you know, a good health is the most important thing. (不但關心客戶的生意,還操心客戶的身心,保持健康身體才是王道)
yeah yeah yeah. like you can go travelling and go climbing or shopping with your girlfriend. Oh, really? you don't have girl friend? you are so excellent, I guess you must have a lot of suitors, really? (還給客戶建議,如何放松,借機還夸一下客戶,聊的特別輕松)um that sounds great ok.
對于有家庭的客戶,她一般在電話接通的時候先問一下客戶及家人情況,如果有孩子的,也會聊一聊孩子的情況。慢慢才轉到項目上來,或者訂單的事情上面。
這都是值得學習的地方,這樣的通話往往能夠加深與客戶之間的交流。讓客戶感受到跟你做生意之外的關懷,是客戶也是朋友。
