16 CFR Part 1630 & 1631的測試方法

測試樣品

8個樣品，尺寸 22.86 × 22.86 cm. (9 × 9 in.)

樣品處理

測試前，樣品需要放置在干燥烘箱105 °C處理2h

樣品設(shè)置

將樣品放置在試樣架上,試樣架尺寸22.86 × 22.86 cm. (9 × 9 in.), 6.35mm厚, 中間有開一個20.32cm (8in) 的開口

測試方法

將點著的標準燃燒物(藥片)放置于樣品的幾何中心位置，當(dāng)出現(xiàn)下面情況時，測試結(jié)束

1）樣品上出現(xiàn)火焰或悶燒（發(fā)光現(xiàn)象）或

2）有焰燃燒或悶燒蔓延至離試驗架周長以內(nèi)2.54cm(1.0 in.)的范圍內(nèi)
