人生有兩筆賬：一筆經(jīng)濟(jì)賬，一筆時(shí)間賬。

如果人的一生平均壽命是78年，我們要花28.3年在睡覺上，僅僅是睡個(gè)好覺，就要花掉人生的30%。

按每天8小時(shí)算， 我們至少要花10.5年在工作上， 并且超過半數(shù)的人想要逃離現(xiàn)在的工作；在社交媒體、電視上消磨掉9年， 做家務(wù)要花掉6年，吃吃喝喝要花掉4年， 化妝打扮、購物再花掉2.5年…… 算到最后，看似長長的一生， 真正屬于自己的不過短短9年時(shí)間。
