well this topic is something interesting that reminds me of my trip to Shanghai which was an occasion when I lost my way .

where I was was somewhere not that well known?in Shanghai , an international metropolis in the southeast of China , however the place that trapped me was an?old time neighborhood with a bunch of ancient residences which looked way different from the rest of the city .

what happened may sound funny , in the first place?I was headed to the oriental pearl tower by subway however I missed out the very stop and ended up in another place , which didn't?let me down?since I saw something?eye catching and I took a random walk which got me lost .

as for how I felt?back then and there , to be honest with you I felt nothing in the very beginning?as the area was slow paced and relaxing which was one of a kind compared to other districts of Shanghai , later when the sky was getting darker , I felt a little bit nervous because I was unsure of?where I was exactly .

speaking of how I found my way , you know what

firstly ,

I walked up to the locals asking about how to get to the guest house where I was supposed to spend the night , yet a harsh fact was that most of them?were aged ones who didn't speak Chinese Mandarin , everything that came out of their mouths was in Shanghai dialect which gave me a hard time?trying to understand what they said , for instance ,.....

secondly ,

my smartphone?played a key role?in helping me?figure out where I ought to go , what I am talking about is the electronic atlas which navigated and led me to the right metro station?, even though the battery was dying , the job was ideally done , for example ,.....
