Sulfo-Cyanine5.5 alkyne中磺化Cy5.5水溶性非常好，可在水相標(biāo)記反應(yīng)體系中直接使用，不需要有機(jī)溶劑助溶，特別適合標(biāo)記對(duì)有機(jī)溶劑敏感的生物分子。另外由于強(qiáng)水溶性加染料分子本身帶電荷，磺化Cy5.5標(biāo)記到生物分子表面后不會(huì)引發(fā)疏水性聚集，提高熒光標(biāo)記產(chǎn)物的穩(wěn)定性。

Sulfo-Cyanine 5.5 alkyne has very good water solubility and can be directly used in the aqueous phase labeling reaction system without the aid of organic solvent. It is especially suitable for labeling biomolecules sensitive to organic solvents. In addition, due to the strong water solubility and the charge of the dye molecule itself, the sulfonated Cy5.5 labeled on the surface of the biomolecule will not cause hydrophobic aggregation and improve the stability of the fluorescent labeled product.
