2489 紫外/可見光檢測器錯誤：Lamp external input conflict（燈外部輸入沖突）- 中文版本

故障描述

檢測器界面出現(xiàn) Lamp external input conflict（燈外部輸入沖突）信息重啟檢測器不能解決問題。

環(huán)境

2487 雙波長吸光度檢測器。

2489 紫外/可見光檢測器。

原因

2489 通過以太網(wǎng)工作，所以 2489 的 CONFIG（配置）頁面中有設(shè)置不正確的 Lamp（燈）參數(shù)。2489 Configuration（配置）界面中的 [Inject]（進樣）設(shè)置為 Low（低）而不是 Ignore（忽略）。

解決方法

從 2489 前面板訪問 Config（配置）菜單（按 Shift + diag），然后打開第 2 頁（共 3 頁），檢查參數(shù)，共有 3 個燈選項：Ignore（忽略）、High（高）和 Low（低）。將燈輸入配置從 Low（低）更改為 Ignore（忽略）。

附加信息

?2489 是一款以太網(wǎng)檢測器，燈開/關(guān)應(yīng)該由方法通過以太網(wǎng)執(zhí)行，所以 CONFIG（配置）頁面上的燈連接關(guān)閉狀態(tài)應(yīng)該被設(shè)置為 IGNORE（忽略）。

SYMPTOMS

Lamp external input conflict message appears on the detector screen Reboot of detector doesn't resolve error.

2487 Dual-Wavelength Absorbance Detector.

2489 UV/Vis Detector.

CAUSE

The 2489 is working via Ethernet so the Lamp parameter from the CONFIG page of the 2489 has a parameter set incorrectly. The [Inject] setting in the 2489 Configuration screen set to "Low" instead of "Ignore."

FIX or WORKAROUND

From the 2489 front panel access the Config menu (press Shift + diag) then go to page 2 of 3 and check the parameter, you have 3 choices for lamp :Ignore, High and Low. Change the lamp input config to 'Ignore.' from low.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The 2489 is an Ethernet detector and the lamp on/off should come over Ethernet from a method so the LAMP contact closure status from the CONFIG page should be set to IGNORE.
