Overseas visitor

嚴(yán)冬過去，迎來的是草長鶯飛的季節(jié)。

Severe winter passed, and the spring season followed.

正在周興和緊鑼密鼓準(zhǔn)備將事業(yè)發(fā)展到國外時(shí)，不知是上天旨意，還是命運(yùn)安排，這一天，星河公司突然來了一位不速之客。

When Zhou Xinghe was preparing to develop the career abroad, nobody knew whether it was the god's will, or the fate arrangement, an uninvited guest suddenly came to Xinghe Company this day.

“周總，外面來了一個(gè)人，說無論如何都要親自見您?！鞭k公室董主任走進(jìn)來，對周興和講道。

"Mr. Zhou, there is a person outside, saying he wants to see you personally." The Office Director Dong came in and spoke to Zhou Xinghe.

“是地方的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)還是外來客戶？”周興和抬頭問道。

“是個(gè)藍(lán)眼睛的外國人，我們聽不懂他咿哩哇哪說些什么，就叫來翻譯小姚來問他，”董主任接著說道，“可他就是不表明自己的身份，只說他從國外來，要直接找您?！?/p>

"A blue-eyed foreigner; we couldn't understand what he said, so we sent Yao to translate and ask him," Dong continued. "But he didn't say who he was, only that he came from abroad and wanted to see you directly."

“那，你把他帶到這里來吧?！敝芘d和想想了，“叫小姚翻譯陪他一起來。

"Well, bring him in." Zhou Xinghe thought, "Ask the interpreter Yao to accompany him."

隨著門口的腳步聲，進(jìn)來一個(gè)人。周興和抬頭一看，此人西裝革履，眼睛明亮，蓄著滿腮銀白的胡子，咋一看，真有點(diǎn)像西方的圣誕老人。走進(jìn)屋來，他對周興和微微一欠身，操著一口流利的英語禮貌地說了幾句話。

With the sound of footsteps at the door, a man came in. Zhou Xinghe looked up, and saw a man dressed in a suit and tie, with bright eyes and silver whiskers. At first, he was looked a bit like Santa Claus in the West. When he entered the room, he bowed slightly to Zhou Xinghe and said a few words politely in fluent English.

小姚立即向周興和翻譯道：“董事長，他問您，您在星河公司說話能算數(shù)嗎？”

Yao immediately translated to Zhou Xinghe: "Chairman, he asked you, are you in charge in Xinghe Company?"

“我在星河公司說話應(yīng)該還算數(shù)吧?！敝芘d和笑了一下站起來，和來人握了一下手，客氣地指了指沙發(fā)，“聽說您從國外來，不知找我有什么事？”

"I think I am in charge in Xinghe Company." Zhou Xinghe stood up with a smile, shook hands with the visitor, and pointed politely to the sofa, "I heard that you are from abroad. I wonder what you want to see me about?"

“哦，原來您就是董事長先生。”來人坐下，從皮夾里掏出一張名片，遞給小姚，“我，是專程從國外來?！?

小姚看了一下名片，遞給周興和：“名片上說，他是瑞典皇家科學(xué)研究院研究員——努努博士?！?/p>

Yao looked at the card and handed it to Zhou Xinghe. "It says he is Dr. Nunu, a researcher at the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences."

“瑞典皇家研究院的博士研究員？”周興和聞言感到有點(diǎn)詫異。此人專程從國外趕來，來干什么呢？可我們并沒有接到外事部門的通知呀！他接過名片看了一下，忍不住又打量了這個(gè)叫“努努”的老人一眼。

"A Ph.D. researcher at the Royal Swedish Academy?" Zhou Xinghe felt a little surprised. Why did the man come all the way from abroad? But we hadn't received any notice from the foreign affairs department. He took the card for a look and couldn't help but take another look at the old man named "Nunu".

來人似乎看出了主人眼中的疑惑，他又掏出兩本證件遞給周興和。一本是他的護(hù)照，另一本是瑞典皇家科學(xué)院的身份證件。兩個(gè)證件都是英文，周興和雖不認(rèn)識，但上面都貼著此人照片，照片上蓋著鋼印，他知道，這兩種證件一般人是造不了假的。

The visitor seemed to see the doubt in the master's eyes. He took out two more certificates and handed them to Zhou Xinghe. One was his passport and the other was an I.D. of the Royal Swedish Academy. Both of them were in English, and although Zhou Xinghe did not know English, they were pasted with the man's photo, which was covered with steel seals. “哦，努努先生原來是瑞典皇家研究院的科學(xué)家？”周興和將證件還給努努先生，他吩咐董主任給客人泡茶后，客氣地問道。

周興和一看，原來這是他們公司在國際互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上發(fā)出的那份廣告：“若您在地球含月球上，能尋找到與星河公司相同的材料、其質(zhì)量與性能都能超過或等同的產(chǎn)品，請帶上相關(guān)證據(jù)來星河公司領(lǐng)獎(jiǎng)。每找出一個(gè)新產(chǎn)品或老產(chǎn)品，本公司獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)人民幣80萬元；如能找到比本公司更優(yōu)質(zhì)的產(chǎn)品，本公司獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)500萬美元”。現(xiàn)在，這位努努先生把它下載了下來。

Zhou Xinghe saw that it was the advertisement his company had put out on the Internet: "If you can find the same material on the Earth including the Moon, the quality and performance of which can exceed or equivalent to the product of Xinghe Company, please bring relevant evidence to Xinghe Company to accept the award. "I had saw this advertisement and came here to accept the reward." Dr. Nunu made his point bluntly, pulling several more documents and product tests out of his bag and presenting them to Mr. Zhou. "This is the evidence I have brought with me," he said. "These test data are from the German products."

“小姚，你馬上把這些資料翻譯出來?！敝芘d和對小姚說道。

"Yao, please translate these materials right away." Zhou Xinghe said to Yao.

小姚不愧是外語學(xué)院畢業(yè)的高材生，不一會兒就把翻譯好的文件和資料放到了周興和面前。周興和仔細(xì)看完相關(guān)文件和檢測報(bào)告，他一下笑了起來，親切地坐在了努努博士面前：“尊敬的努努先生，感謝您給我們提供了這些資料，但同時(shí)我還要告訴您，您的這些檢測報(bào)告都是真實(shí)的。”

Yao was worthy of being a top student graduated from the Foreign Language Institute, and soon put the translated documents and materials in front of Zhou Xinghe. "There are really two indicators and performances that exceed our company's products in your test data. But we have a total of 17 indicators." "Sure." Zhou Xinghe graciously replied, "Mr. Nunu is a serious scientist - well, I authorize you to visit any corner of our work site; you can test any type of our products, and you can verify any of our test data by yourself."
