新冠肺炎疫情暴發(fā)以來(lái)，世界多國(guó)針對(duì)華人和亞洲人的歧視行為時(shí)有發(fā)生。

2月7日，荷蘭電臺(tái)radio10播放的侮辱歧視性歌曲在網(wǎng)上流傳，視頻中節(jié)目主持人Lex Gaarthuis 跟著音樂(lè)手舞足蹈，歌詞將華人和冠狀病毒聯(lián)系起來(lái)，警告聽(tīng)眾遠(yuǎn)離中餐，引起眾多荷蘭華人的憤怒。

2月8日荷蘭當(dāng)?shù)厝A人正式發(fā)起了以“我們不是病毒”為主題的全國(guó)請(qǐng)?jiān)富顒?dòng)，在不到5天的時(shí)間里征集到超過(guò)55000人的簽名。請(qǐng)?jiān)嘎暶髦匈|(zhì)問(wèn)道：

• “Why are there people like the people at Radio 10 who dare to connect a serious virus with people of Chinese origin and those who eat Chinese food?”
  

• “怎么會(huì)有像Radio 10節(jié)目組這樣的人竟然把一種嚴(yán)重的病毒與華裔和中餐相提并論？”

• “You don’t joke about an illness, or a virus. Would you laugh if the song was about cancer?”

• “疾病或病毒，根本就不應(yīng)該被拿來(lái)開(kāi)玩笑。如果這首歌是關(guān)于癌癥的，你們也會(huì)覺(jué)得好笑嗎？”

并要求：

-Radio?10電臺(tái)正式道歉

-政界采取行動(dòng)制定方案反歧視

-媒體承擔(dān)社會(huì)責(zé)任，做符合媒體素養(yǎng)的報(bào)道

截至3月4日，該請(qǐng)?jiān)笗?shū)已獲得約5.8萬(wàn)次簽名。

在請(qǐng)?jiān)嘎暶鞯陌l(fā)起人當(dāng)中，Marco Jacobs是個(gè)土生土長(zhǎng)的荷蘭人，2月7日當(dāng)晚他就協(xié)助華人媒體，幫忙翻譯歌詞，并校對(duì)和翻譯了請(qǐng)?jiān)富顒?dòng)中的申請(qǐng)文書(shū)。他說(shuō)當(dāng)時(shí)從朋友那里聽(tīng)到Radio 10事件時(shí)真是要?dú)庹耍?/span>

“有句歌詞真的讓我非常氣憤，?‘het is allemaal de schuld van die stinkende Chinezen’意思是這些都是那些臭中國(guó)人的錯(cuò)，我完全震驚了，誰(shuí)會(huì)這么想？”他說(shuō)。

• “In the song, they used a sentence that really upset me, they sang: ‘het is allemaal de schuld van die stinkende Chinezen’ which means as much as it is all the fault of those smelly Chinese. I was utterly shocked, who would think of something like this?” he said.

Marco隨即敦促他的華人朋友們站出來(lái)抗議這種歧視。

Marco在中國(guó)生活了11年，期間他在北京語(yǔ)言大學(xué)完成了本科和碩士研究生階段的學(xué)習(xí)，能熟練運(yùn)用中文。2014年Marco回到荷蘭，現(xiàn)在他是當(dāng)?shù)氐囊幻商m語(yǔ)老師。

• “自從回國(guó)以來(lái)，我就一直跟周?chē)娜酥v有些話是傷害和污名化華人的，但是很少有人聽(tīng)進(jìn)去我的這些話，因?yàn)槿藗冎皇前堰@些傷人的言語(yǔ)當(dāng)作笑話，他們認(rèn)為這是言論自由?！?/span>
  

• Since my return to the Netherlands, I have been telling people around me that certain remarks are hurtful and stigmatizing towards people of Chinese descent, but I was not often heard as people only saw it as a joke and a right as they saw it as a freedom of speech.
  

• “對(duì)請(qǐng)?jiān)富顒?dòng)的最初反應(yīng)也是這樣，人們指責(zé)荷蘭的華人侵犯言論自由。但是我認(rèn)為言論自由是需要我們珍惜的，不是用它來(lái)隨意傷害和指責(zé)別人，煽動(dòng)種族仇恨。”

• The first reactions towards the petition were also like this, people were accusing the Chinese people in the Netherlands of infringing on the right of freedom of speech, and as I think freedom of speech is something we need to cherish, it is not a blank check to hurt people, to blame them and to instigate racial hatred.

他說(shuō)在過(guò)去的幾周看到了一些針對(duì)荷蘭亞裔無(wú)禮言行，比如朝他們臉上吐口水，對(duì)小孩大吼冠狀病毒，將亞洲老人從自行車(chē)上踹下來(lái)。

• Over the last couple of weeks, Marco said he has seen behaviors against people of Asian descent in the Netherlands, such as spitting at people in the face, yelling coronavirus to little children and kicking an old Asian man from his bike.

在Marco看來(lái)，此次新冠病毒疫情凸顯出了對(duì)中國(guó)根深蒂固的偏見(jiàn)。從一開(kāi)始這種病毒就被稱為中國(guó)病毒或武漢病毒。這激發(fā)了不同社會(huì)中潛在的種族仇恨，而這種仇恨的根源在于無(wú)知。

• According to Marco, the COVID-19 virus shows the deeply ingrained prejudice against China; from the beginning, it was called the China virus or Wuhan virus. By calling the virus China virus it flamed the dormant racial hatred in different societies, this hatred finds its roots in ignorance.

Marco希望能夠憑借他的語(yǔ)言和文化背景，將中國(guó)人的心聲相對(duì)完整地傳達(dá)到當(dāng)事人一方。

在Radio 10事件中，電臺(tái)和Lex Gaarthuis都對(duì)此事道歉，請(qǐng)?jiān)富顒?dòng)也得到了荷蘭媒體的廣泛關(guān)注，當(dāng)?shù)刂髁髅襟wNPO1電視臺(tái)在晚間黃金檔節(jié)目De Wereld Draait Door播放了關(guān)于該事件的訪談；荷蘭公訴機(jī)關(guān)就此事件展開(kāi)刑事調(diào)查。

Marco說(shuō)：“盡管我們面臨著種族主義和歧視行為，但我想強(qiáng)調(diào)的是，在這個(gè)國(guó)家，也有很多人反對(duì)這種行為，他們歡迎你，希望成為你的朋友。”

• “Although we have faced some acts of racism and discrimination I would like to?emphasize?that in this country there are also a lot of people who oppose this behavior, who welcome you, who want to be your friend.”

他說(shuō)，疫情暴發(fā)后，中國(guó)展現(xiàn)出了作為世界大國(guó)的責(zé)任和擔(dān)當(dāng)，各行各業(yè)在抗疫中做出了極大犧牲，中國(guó)人的決心和精神讓他堅(jiān)信中國(guó)一定能戰(zhàn)勝病毒。

• “我想對(duì)在中國(guó)的朋友們說(shuō)加油，戰(zhàn)疫終將勝利。”
  

• “To my friends in China, I would like to say, stay strong. The battle against COVID-19 will be won.”
