In all the world, there is no one else exactly like me

I own everything about me

My body, my feelings, my mouth, my voice, all my actions,

Whether they be to others or to myself?–I own my fantasies,

My dreams, my hopes, my fears?–?I own all my triumphs and

我的夢(mèng)，我的希望，我的恐懼——我有自己全部的勝利與成功、

Successes, all my failures and mistakes Because I own all of?Me,

失敗和錯(cuò)誤?因?yàn)槲沂俏沂侨?/span>

?I can become intimately acquainted with me?–?by so doing

我可以與自已親密而熟悉——經(jīng)此以往，

I can love me and be friendly with me in all my parts?–?I know

我可以愛(ài)自己并與自己的一切友好相處——我知道

There are aspects about myself that puzzle me, and other

我自己有些方面令我迷惑，并且

Aspects that I do not know?–?but as long as I am

另外有些方面我真的難以理解——但只要我

Friendly and loving to myself, I can courageously

親近并關(guān)愛(ài)我自己，我可以勇敢

And hopefully look for solutions to the puzzles

并且滿(mǎn)懷希望地尋找解決迷惑的方法和途徑

And for ways to find out more about me?–?However I

去發(fā)現(xiàn)更多未知的我——不論我觀(guān)察和傾聽(tīng)，

Look and sound, whatever I say and do, and whatever

無(wú)論我說(shuō)和做，無(wú)論我思考和感受

I think and feel at a given moment in time is authentically

Me?–?If later some parts of how I looked, sounded, thought

And felt turn out to be unfitting, I can discard that which is

Unfitting, keep the rest, and invent something new for that

Which I discarded?–?I can see, hear, feel, think, say, and do

我能看、能聽(tīng)、能感覺(jué)、能思考、能說(shuō)，并且能做

I have the tools to survive, to be close to others, to be

我有許多方法去生活，去親近他人，

Productive to make sense and order out of the world of

保持活力?去創(chuàng)造意義?創(chuàng)造這個(gè)世界人們之外的秩序

People and things outside of me?–?I own me, and

創(chuàng)造自我以外的東西——我擁有自己，

therefore I can engineer me?–?I am me and

我當(dāng)然能改變我自己——我就是我
